Thermal Mapping the GT Drivetrain

How we stress-test every powertrain component in extreme heat conditions.

Every Braxx GT undergoes a 72-hour thermal validation cycle before leaving the facility. We instrument the motor, controller, battery pack, and all interconnects with thermocouples and run continuous load profiles that simulate worst-case riding scenarios.

Peak motor temperature during sustained hill climbing reaches 145°C — well within the 180°C rating of our insulation class. The controller maintains junction temperatures below 95°C thanks to an oversized copper heat spreader integrated into the chassis itself.

We publish all thermal data for every production unit. Transparency in thermal management isn't just engineering practice — it's a commitment to rider safety.
