Reducing hardware points to silence acoustic rattle and improve chassis rigidity — our approach to fewer parts, more purpose.
Traditional motorcycle frames are assemblies of dozens of welded or bolted tubes. Every joint is a potential source of fatigue, flex, and noise. We took a different approach entirely.

The Braxx GT Pro uses a single-piece hydroformed aluminum monocoque that serves as both the structural chassis and the battery enclosure. This eliminates 47 individual fasteners compared to a conventional frame design.
Fewer parts means fewer failure points, less assembly time, and a dramatically stiffer structure. Torsional rigidity is 340% higher than a comparable tubular steel frame, which translates directly to more precise handling and a quieter ride.
The monocoque also enabled us to route all wiring internally, creating a completely clean exterior with no visible harnesses. Every surface you see is intentional.
