Lighting as Language

The GT's DRL signature isn't just aesthetic — it communicates braking and lean angle.

The daytime running light on the Braxx GT isn't a static strip. It's a dynamic communication system that uses light intensity, position, and animation to convey the bike's state to surrounding traffic.

During braking, the DRL intensifies proportionally to deceleration force — a gentle squeeze brightens it slightly, while hard braking triggers a rapid pulse pattern visible from 200 meters. In lean, the DRL shifts intensity toward the inside of the turn, giving following vehicles an intuitive sense of the bike's trajectory.

All lighting logic runs on a dedicated ARM Cortex-M4 co-processor with IMU input, completely independent of the main ride controller. It's one of many invisible systems designed to keep the rider safer without demanding their attention.
