Behind the finish that started a waitlist — polished stainless over carbon.
The Chrome Edition wasn't planned. It emerged from a materials experiment where we electropolished a raw stainless steel prototype panel and held it against the carbon fiber subframe. The contrast was immediate and obvious.

Achieving a mirror-grade finish on formed stainless requires progressive polishing through 8 grit stages, from 120 to 2000, followed by a final compound buff. Each panel takes 6 hours of hand work.
The finish is not a coating — it's the material itself, polished to a sub-micron surface roughness. It won't peel, chip, or fade. It will patina slightly over years of use, developing a character unique to each bike.
